Review of Dodgeball

It’s been a long time since I’ve posted a movie review, so I suppose to will review Dodgeball. I watched this movie today just taking a little computer break; I have seen it once or twice before but was just looking for a comedy I could relax to. Not a lot of thinking involved lol.

Anyways, the movie overall has a decent plot, and some hilarious one liners. I have to say though the best scene is in the alternate takes with Ben Stiller in the fat suit. “Oh crap the pizza bagels are burning again! Piece of crap toaster…” – That killed me, I was laughing for about 5 minutes. Those guys must have so much fun making movies.

Dodgeball is about a guy who just lives life as it comes at him, doesn’t pay bills and doesn’t charge anyone to use his gym. It eventually gets bought out by Ben Stiller’s character, who owns Global Gym across the street. If Vince Vaughn wants to keep Average Joe’s Gym, he has to come up with $50,000. How? Las Vegas Dodgeball Tournament.

The movie is good for a few laughs and is entertaining. I give it an overall 6/10.

PS – Ben Stiller’s wife, Christine Taylor; is extremely hot.
