Comments (5) When I was working/watching TV last night, I noticed Jet Li has yet another movie coming out entitled “Fearless” – Apparently this is his last movie, ever. Can anyone verify this? I must say I love his movies, except for that Hero monstrocity. I had to turn that one off lol. That’s a shame, I guess he wants to concintrate on his Buddhism and training.
I finished watching Season 1 of Grey’s Anatomy, over all I give it a 6/10. I feel it wasn’t dramatic enough, and for the last episode it didn’t make me sit on the edge of my seat in awaiting Season 2. But the show is new, and they have to build an audience and all that jazz. I will however watch Season 2, so something must have grabbed me
– Plus the main character is sexy.
I also saw a commercial saying that Bill Clinton was coming to town, and speaking at the Save-On-Foods centre. I honestly don’t know what he could talk about for a few hours. Maybe self power, or his time in office, or how carbs are the enemy or something. All I know is that I don’t follow politics, at all; and it’s $80+ a ticket. Nose bleed section is $80.
I’m thinking of going for a career aswell. Right now I make the same amount of money I did at Staples, but I work 25 hrs a week and from home. Can’t argue with that, but it only leaves me a couple hundred bucks a month for spending money, and I don’t support anyone but me, so it’s not that much. I had a lunch ‘meeting’ if you will, with my dad today. He says his company is deserpate for CAD Operators. If I go to college for 2 months, and learn the first two levels of CAD, they will hire me at $20/hr to start. That’s pretty good for age 21 I’d say. Sit in a fancy corporate office working on blueprints and such. Also if I didn’t want to learn AutoCAD, I could learn Mechanics CAD or whatever it is. Basically instead of 2D, it works in 3D. Easy for the client to see exactly what they are getting, to scale, with all the proper measurements and electrical done. That wouldn’t be a bad career choice. Something to think about. The two months of college would be $1300 however, and I’m broke.
